PREREQUISITE: Contract training workshop and/or approval by the appropriate HR office
Web HRMS is web based application utilized to produce employment contracts (Terms of Employment) and Payroll Action Forms (PAFs). Completion of this class will enable you to electronically generate these HR documents at the click of a button. The system will notify you immediately of funding errors, missing links, and provide you with easy access to employment status and legally approved contract remarks at your fingertips. The workshop is available at no charge to all staff who are required to process a PAF or Terms, but participation in the workshop may require the processing of a security application and the approval from your Dean/VP Office.
