Course Description: This training satisfies a portion of NAC 284.498 Training of supervisory and managerial employees. (Only supervisors may attend) The Evaluating Employee Performance training may be used to satisfy a portion of the initial 40-hour training requirement for new supervisors and managers as noted in NAC 284.498(2). NAC 284.498(3) also requires 40 hours of refresher supervisory/managerial training to be completed every 3 years after the initial 3-year period. This training is limited to employees who are currently supervising classified staff.Participants can miss no more than 15 minutes of training if they are to receive credit.
