Use this new Web-based accounting system to perform inquiries and reports online. This class is intended for all who have to work with departmental accounts. While attending this free workshop, you will:
Go on-line and connect to CAIS.
Navigate through the CAIS Interface.
View budgeted and nonbudgeted accounts. Retrieve an expense budget summary as well as budget detail.
Obtain general ledger detail information.
Acquire detailed transaction reports.
View account and budget status, current as of the previous day's business.
Obtain the status of purchasing documents.
Look up grants and contracts information.
Check on the status of revenues.
Reconcile accounts, receivables, travel claims, payroll and other data with your departmental spreadsheet or records.
