Appealing a Residency Decision

A student may appeal the decision for residency classification made by the Office of Admissions and Records. This appeal must be filed with the Residency Appeals Board within thirty days of the decision of Admissions and Records. If the appeal is not filed within this time frame, the decision of the Office of Admissions and Records becomes final.

Please contact the Office of Admissions and Records for instructions regarding the appeals process. Decisions of the Appeals Board are final. There is no further reconsideration beyond this board.
