Services and Activities for Students

The campus Student Services are administered and coordinated by the Vice President for Student Services and Associate/Assistant Vice Presidents responsible for:

  • Enrollment Services (Prospective Students, Admissions, Records, Registration, Student Financial Aid and Scholarships, Student Disability Resource Center and the Transfer Center);
  • Student Success Services (TRIO Scholars, McNair Scholars Program, Counseling Services, Center for Student Cultural Diversity, Tutoring, and Upward Bound);
  • Student Life Services (Joe Crowley Student Union, Orientation, Residential Life, Housing & Food Services, Advocacy & Judicial Affairs, Escort, ASUN Bookstore, and Associated Students). The Associated Students and the Graduate Student Association work directly with the Vice President in their respective activities.

The Vice President for Student Services also works in cooperation with the Provost and the academic deans in the areas of admissions, student recruitment, retention, academic support services, student affirmative action and the student code of conduct and due process.
